Globetrotter is a location-based application designed to enhance the experience of sharing travel photos, allowing users to quickly and engagingly highlight their adventures to friends and family.

• Memories:
  • The app automatically generates random memories from various locations, along with the option for users to manually add their own.
  • It showcases a photo from the same date in previous years when available.
  • If a memory from a year ago is not accessible, a random photo will be generated instead.
• World Travel Statistics:
  • Users can view the percentage of the world they have traveled, including a breakdown by continent and country visited.
  • A scratch map feature highlights the countries that have been explored.
• USA Travel Statistics:
  • The app provides data on the percentage of the U.S. traveled, along with a detailed overview of states visited.
  • A scratch map of the U.S. illustrates states that have been explored.
• Collectables:
  • A comprehensive collection of flags for all countries visited, as well as state flags for U.S. states traveled to.
  • Users can also collect 3D landmarks from Apple Maps during their travels.
• Event Routes:
  • The app features routes that showcase paths taken on any selected day, providing insight into travel itineraries.
• Travel Leaderboard:
  • The Globetrotter Friends tab enables users to add friends within the app and engage in friendly competition on the travel leaderboard.

  • An instant ‘Share to Instagram’ button allows for seamless sharing across social media platforms.
  • Users also have the option to save all media as photos/videos in their phone gallery.

To access all features of Globetrotter, users are required to subscribe monthly or yearly or make a one-time purchase. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless turned off 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Management of subscriptions can be done via Settings > iTunes & App Store > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Charges will be applied upon confirmation of purchase.
